The cache is located in Faust Park, a unique park in the St. Louis County Park system with a nice playground, historical buildings, the Butterfly House and a carousel.
This cache is located near the old entrance to the Faust Estate. This section of the park was bequested by Mary Faust upon her death in 1996. The cache is located near the old stone entrance and is worth a look while you are here. The cache is nearby and there may be a little poison ivy nearby.
As of 6/17/2013, the cache container has been downsized and moved about 34 feet. The original hidey-hole (a dead tree) has been reduced to kindling, and the whereabouts of the original container is unknown.
