This cache is part of a series of caches that we plan to place in the Medical Lake Wildlife Enhancement Area, established by the Medical Lake Elementary school in 1989. You can park at the following coordinates: N 47 34.207 W 117 40.138. The terrain is relatively flat, but some of the caches will be a significant hike through the woods.
This cache is a camouflaged ammo can. There are some tradeables in it that should have something for everyone, ranging from toys to tools. There is also a log book with a pen. This cache happens to be the closest cache to the parking area, so if you consider this a significant hike, the other caches might be out of your range.
If you plan to find more than one of the caches in a single visit, you might want to bring some bug spray. And save the parking coordinates…this is a big area and they may help you find your way out.
