This cache was placed by Fishtail Lake which from the air looks like a giant fish.
The cache is a PB container hid near the tail of the fish. If you have time bring a boat and take a tour of the lake.
The road is ok for a car or a truck for most of the year but is not plowed in the winter.
Make sure to cover the cache well before leaving. The area can get busy in the summer as fishermen launch there boats to go fishing.
If you plan on visiting the cache site in the spring apply lots of bug spray.
