All who find this cache should be rewarded 500 points, but please stay off the road while you hunt. Wheels on the road sometimes are hard to hear if you're too busy paying attention to the arrow pointing 196 on your unit, wait, now it's 205! Every cache should be hunted safely. Sometimes we want to take shortcuts but should always respect traffic and the local area. Go down the 1 true path after starting from the nearby parking lot (which is not owned by a tv station!)
We sometimes get sidetracked on these sort of things trying 85 different things, but keep trying to decode the puzzle and remember that the given coordinates have absolutely nothing to do with the actual cache, all you need is in this listing and you can start with 38 __.___ -84 __.___ (you're welcome!) Feel free to ask for help after 1-2 people have found the cache. Key to finding it will be keeping your mind open and not making too many assumptions. You need not rush, this cache is pretty well hidden for 5-6 months already and it should be around for a while. Camouflage is employed on this cache, so the hint will relate directly to finding the cache itself, but if necessary some 1 or 2 hints could be added about the puzzle portion later.
