Geocache Description:

Back in April 2003, the Ambridge area had a new cacher! Alanfreed logged his first cache and hasn't stopped. He and his family now have 2000 finds under their belt and are still going strong!

Alan, his wife and his daughter have found over 2000 caches since 2003 and have hidden (when this cache was placed) 14 caches. There is one that comes to mind that left many people looking like this picture of Alan:

They have found caches in at least 36 states (plus Washington DC) including: Alabama, Alaska, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Washington, Washington DC, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, Vermont and Virginia, as well as finding caches in Canada, the Bahamas and Mexico.

Now onto the cache at hand! You are looking for a medium round Lock n' Lock. Trailhead is listed below as well as the coords to a logging road that you will want to travel. The field is an old fly ash dump covered over and has some very very wet spots, so you don't really want to bushwhack through it! Stick to the trails/roads.

The Cache is hidden in Panek Park, along with several other caches including Alanfreed's most frustrating cache to find that leaves many cachers saying "the Heck With This"!!!

Please have fun searching for this cache that was placed by members of PAGA to congratulate Alanfreed on their 2000 finds. Remember to sign the log and report any issues so that we can get out and fix it.
