Along one of the trails below the rimrocks. Heed Yogi's advice: When you come to a fork in the trail - take it.
You are looking for a round lock-n-lock that is on the smallish side.
I'm sure there are access points to the trails from below the rim, but I don't know of them. I have included waypoints for trailheads from the gravel road on top of the rimrocks to get down below.
To paraphrase Hooligan - Can probably be biked, but not by me!
Palisades Park requires use of established trails and abide by the "Leave no trace" policy.
