Geocache Description:

A good old fashioned 30 caliber ammo box hidden in the woods of a beautiful location.

This cache is hidden at the former location of a facility where grotesque genetic and viral experimentations were conducted on subjects during the Cold War, Site 25. Some say the subjects were animals, others say they were human. One can only wonder and speculate.

Today it is an unassuming watershed where people come to enjoy the wilderness, unaware of the areas tragic past. The cache is an ammo box and can be searched for between the hours of 6am and sunset. A trail leads you to with 80 feet of the cache. Some people might call the last 80 feet a terrain rating of about 3.
