Aug. 28, 2012 -- It appears that the ammo box was stolen, so the cache was replaced with a plastic coffee can and hidden 70 feet away from it's original position. Also placed an unactivated FTF tag TB in the cache as a reward for the next finder. Good Luck! This cache is the container that was won at the "Cache Dash, Non-Event" in January, and we are finally getting it placed. It is a large ammo box, in a little 'house'
There are 2 scenic platforms overlooking the Prairie river just a bit downstream from the cache. The second one is especially worth the walk! We intentionally made this an easy find to give you a chance to enjoy the sights. When we placed this cache, the area was very busy and we had to watch for muggles. Fishing and sightseeing are both popular here and it is a beautiful area worth the time spent on a short walk. Items were added to the cache to give it a 'girl' theme and we will try to keep it stocked to reflect that. Most of the caches we've been to, have had limited 'trading' items for girls, and Chick is out to change that, even if only for one cache! Another cache with a 'girl' theme is located 39.2 miles southeast of here. It is called "Girly Girl" GC1YZ7H
