Located in the Industrial Park on the west end of town.
This cache is a military mess kit in disguise :-P It's located near Airport Lake in the Industrial Park which is surrounded by manufacturing and other various businesses of Winona. It will hold small trading items, and original contents are a number of random things, including the mandatory log book/pen.
Also, there are some neat rope swings you can swing off of into the water if you just so happen to feel like taking a dip in the lake (much like THIS Fish likes to do 
)
