This geocache is located on the shore of Loon Lake which is about 7 miles from the start of the Kasaan road.
Geocache is a 1 gallon plastic jar. Contents are: a one doller Austrian coin, a mini mag lite, a pencil sharpener, a Little Tyke plastic doll, and a plastic pop up dog toy.
Park your rig at N55.63178 W132.49191. Then hike into the woods in a southerly direction, try to find a game trail to make the hike easier. You will pass by some incredible old growth trees along the way. A little less than a qtr. mile from the parking spot you will come to the shore of Loon Lake. The cache is under a root ball of an old, blown down tree which hangs out over the water.
