CONGRATS to MUDDER91 for the FTF on Father's Day & to their 500th puzzle find!

This is a very odd, weird, strange (your choice) story about Slow
Driving Jimmy. Jimmy is the reason for all the traffic jams in the world.

solve the puzzle below to find the cache

Slow Driving Jimmy worked as a "newspaper carrier" for a local paper company. Jimmy was always on time, but sometimes he felt that he should "be late for something." So he decided to go get a " lumpy rug," because he felt they were so comfortable. So, like the "wonderful weirdo" that he was he drove very slowly to Marion's Carpets. He then began to "panic" that he would be late on his newspaper deliveries. In his rush to get the rug to his car he got "bubble gum" (which happened to be the first friday of Feb. of the current year + 3) on it. So, Jimmy decided that he needed to get home and talk with his "Grandma Moses" about how to get gum out of his new rug.

Then, in a moment of "'frustration' he let out a earsplitting 'scream'". As spite enthralled him he drove faster than he had ever driven before a whopping "55-mph", which happened to be the posted speed limit. Now the "world seemed to be hypnotised" by this incredible feat. As he drove home he noticed a "hot dog (month +1)" eating competition occuring at a local park. He was about to join in the competition, but then noticed a "fruitcake toss (add 2)" occurring and this intrigued him. But then he noticed that his archrival "Bubba" was there, so Jimmy left. So, this was the exciting "z day" of Slow Driving Jimmy.
