Picnic begins at 11AM
Rugenstein & Doo-zer will provide the “meat” for the
pot-luck picnic. Please BRING A DISH TO PASS and BRING SOMETHING TO
DRINK. Bring a utensil for serving what you bring. Bring lawn
chairs.
As usual - there will be a game with a prize. All you will need
for the game is your GPSr and your feet. We will play even if it
rains because the prize has to go to someone! Good luck!
The area is family friendly with playgrounds, trails, a
sprinkler thing for kids to run under and tennis courts and a golf
course. Additionally, there are 27 caches within 1.8 miles of this
event cache.

At this year's game 5 people will earn the chance to hide the
cache. Bring your best camo'ed container and thinking cap. Keep it
in your car so if you get the chance, no one will know what they
are looking for. If you came last year you saw a bit of the park.
If you didn't come last year - 1st - tsk, tsk, tsk. 2nd - take a
cruise around the park to see the many kinds of hiding places there
are and create a container to suit the place you may use for
hiding. Your container should have space for holding the 'playing
pieces' that is no smaller than 2" x 3" x 3". Hiding technique is
UP TO YOU! Earning the fun of hiding the cache will depend on speed
but winning the overall game will be a matter of luck so everyone
can play. If you would like to make a container but think you may
not have the speed you need to earn the hiding rights, bring one
anyway and maybe one of the folks who get to hide the cache will
like yours better! Looking forward to seeing everyone there!
