The Wheatsheaf Hotel, Circa 1930(left)
and Circa 2000(right) |
A quick cache and dash near the Wheatsheaf Hotel in Sheldon.
This is one of a shrinking number of old pubs along the Coventry
Road, it’s been around since at least the 1930s (see photo).
This is a Toby Inn, which boasts a decent carvery as well as a
hotel, for you out-of-town cachers.
The cache is now a small metal mint case with just a log book -
no room for a pencil, so take your own. No room for FTF prizes,
sorry. This area is likely to be heavily populated with muggles, so
be aware - I've bumped the difficulty up by one due to this.
Care may be needed when retreiving and replacing.
