An event for all kids, and kids of all ages!
This event will be held at Dry Fork Meadow in Miami Whitewater Park at 2:00pm untill dark. After that it will move to the campground. Abuhhhh and Coolhipwithit will be camping at campsite 138. There seem to still be lots of campsites still available, and the one that we are at is near the playground, which is good for the kids!
So this event is geared towards kids. If you are anything like me, you drag your little ones all over the woods for miles hunting for tupperware. Its a blast, but sometimes they get bored (especially when you find it first)! This event is to let the kids have fun while still getting some caches. There will be some new permanant caches for the adults (mostly), and some event caches for the kids (mostly). Anyone can claim the event caches, they will just be geared towards kids. All of the event caches can be claimed here, if you want to claim that you are camping as well, thats fine with me.
There will be lots of fun games and activities, and I'm sure that fun will be had by all. We will be cooking up hamburgers and hot dogs. If you want to bring a side dish or dessert, that would be great. Also, if anyone has any 'shelter' they can bring that would be great, and much appreciated!!! This site doesn't have a formal shelter, just a lot of picnic tables (everything else was booked, sorry). As always with this sort of thing, extra seats are very welcomed! Heck, extra everything is welcomed.
