An easy walk through open mixed woodland just south of Grizdale Forest in the beautiful Rusland Valley. Great views and the likelyhood of seeing a deer or two.
A few ways to approach the cache along easy well marked footpaths.
Circular Walks possible from the Hawkshead Road, starting near Hazel Seat of Field Head, from Thwaite Head or Low Dale Park in the Rusland Valley or along the Track starting just west of Graythwaite Hall.
