team salford: nearly 12 years after i placed this series with preferida it has run its course. there have been over 350 finders of this series but today, 2/23/20, we removed the 15 or so caches that make up this series (P&S #'s 1-16). in its place will soon be a great new series put out by the GLC (geocaching losers' club) numbering 18 caches and honoring a great family movie. stay tuned.

Geocache Description:

One of a series of 17 caches along the western border of Bear Brook State Park

there is nothing fancy here. preferida and I enjoyed the central new hampshire railroad challenge in 2008 and wanted to create a series of caches that would be diverse and challenging. There are some park n' grabs and some that require 400+ feet of bushwhacking; there are some large caches and some micro caches; there are some quite easy hides and 2 or 3 more challenging hides. good luck and have fun!

we are hopeful that others may choose to pick up the baton and keep up the momentum in this spot. there is certainly enough room for at least several additional caches if you keep moving north along the chester turnpike.
