Vintage Juvenile Games #3 Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

Nomex: Hi
As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm temporarily archiving this to keep it from continually showing up in search lists. Just contact us when you have the cache repaired, [RED]and assuming it still meets the guidelines[/RED], we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Don't hesitate to email me via the link on my Profile if you have any questions. [red]Please be sure to include the cache name and GC Code, or better yet, the URL of the cache page.[/red]

Thanks for your cooperation!

Geocache Description:

The cache is NOT at the posted coords...you are more than welcome to hike up to the spot, but it's not there

After doing a similar cache, I starting thinking of all the games we played as kids (yay, I'm getting vintage!) Those were the days of strategy, patience and staying one step ahead of your opponent. No computers, no devices that required constant thumb movement, no reset. And when the game was over, you couldn't just push a button to finish it...you had to put it away in it's box for another day. And if you didn't put it away right, it wouldn't fit! Wow! Games sure have changed.

To find this cache you will need to do some homework. All answers are easily found on the internet (or the actual box if you have it!)

The container is a little bigger than an altoids tin with a vintage twist. Have fun!

broken heart + spare ribs + charley horse + wishbone + water on the knee + 38

adam's apple + funny bone + butterflies in the stomach - wishbone - 37

You can check your answers for this puzzle on Geochecker.com.

06/10/09 - We enjoyed solving the puzzle and finding the cache so we're happy to adopt it now that Binky is leaving the area. But we're not giving up the smiley!

02/26/11 - We had to replace the missing cache container. It is now a bison tube hidden within another object but in the same spot. Just think about it!
