Vespas have been a passion of mine for years and I would have to guess that my Vespa has transported me to somewhere between 85-90% of all the caches I have found so far. I have found that using my scooter while geocaching is very efficient and I can usually park a lot closer than where a car could park, not to mention I can drive and get lost all day long while this thing just sips gas. So this cache is my thank you to Vespa and geocaching.com, two of the most fun and favorite things I love doing. If you are a fellow scooterist, message me anytime and we can scoot + cache away the day!
My first idea was to go to the dealership and get a bunch of brochures to place in the cache, but now that gas prices are so high scooters are more popular than ever and all the brochures were long gone. So I gathered up everything I had and here is what I believe to be Eugene’s first scooter cache.
