New York State has (had) its own navy. The pier adjacent to this cache site was once the Navy Pier of New York State. It was abandoned long ago. The navy 'base' is across the street.

The cache is a camouflaged pill container (push down and turn).

Do not go beyond the fence. The cache is not on the pier.
