Okay, I'm giving this the much "easier" rating of a 5. It should probably be a 4 or 4.5 because I'm sure you can hike in from somewhere, but I'm having mercy on those highly allergic to PO like myself and giving it the 5 rating because the easiest way is surely by (small) watercraft.
Reception was awful so you're much better off following directions rather than following your GPSr. There was no where near by to go and "lock in", so if you get better coords feel free to post them. However, if you follow directions it should yield the listed difficulty.
From the mouth of the creek, follow the path to the top of the falls (note the "path" is intimately lined with PO). From there look for the clearing to the left and follow that as far as you can towards the tall, dead tree. Once you reach a dead end wall of poison oak, there should be some large rocks right in front of you. Reach around the rock immediately in front of you to the left and on the ground underneath it you should find the cache. Please cover it back up well because there are obvious signs that muggles visit this area.

The listed bearing is to the cache from the boat ramp, but really you don't even need to know that.
To get started, just follow Forebay Road from Pollock Pines until the pavement ends and you'll be at the boat ramp (use at your own risk).
Yes Plazmo, I was thinking of you when I set off to this one but I'm sure you were plenty preoccupied in like the Grand Canyon or something like that.
