LavaLizard: We reviewers typically operate under the assumption that adequate permission exists to place a cache unless circumstances suggest otherwise. As it appears that this area is no longer accessible without permission from the land manager and/or owner, I am archiving this cache. If it can be shown that permission to place a cache in this location (and that seekers have permission to enter the area to seek the cache) I can unarchive this cache.
