Some of the caches will reveal a "clue" that will enable you to be eligible for a special prize drawing at the end of the season (December 2008).There is one featured cache each month.
This is a featured cache. Be sure to get the number from the lid.
Additional information can be obtained from the Linn County Parks Website and the Iowa Geocachers Website.
The Rehrauer Natural Area is one of the newest additions to the the Linn County parks system. This is a beautiful area with trees and fields located next to the Buffalo creek and the old Red bridge. The cache is a regular sized ammo can loaded with the usual goodies. This cache is family friendly as are most of the other LCC 50th caches. It will be very easy for most geocachers to find. There are two other caches in this area that may be of interest to you. This will make the drive worth while. Check out the old bridge while here.
