From Sands Flat campground, go across bridge, nice gravel/dirt road. Trip was made in a Saab.
Night before last we were at a nice place in PP having dinner..
A few couples came in and sat at the tables next to us.
Facing me was a guy that after a while starting to
give me the willies!
Not a particularly charming guy either, more on the "redneck" side, no offense to anyone!
Anyways as the dinner went on I tried to look everyplace but at this guy as he continued to watch me.
I asked mom as we were leaving if it had been my imagination or not..She laughed and said nope, he was staring at me alright..Ewwwww (Sorry not my type)!
OK next day: Tried to forget about "the guy" but told CDC and GeoTigger the story who both got a good laugh..
We are driving up this dirt road, middle of the forest and we are coming around a bend and I notice a guy all of a sudden standing out in the road with his son, without his shirt on..They were out shooting in the area.
Usually that's NOT a problem for me but I saw this guy and first words out of my mouth besides ewwwww, was put your shirt on guy!
Some guys just shouldn't be without! And he and his beer belly (again no offense to anyone) was one of those.
So we slow down as he comes over to the car, I guess wondering what us females are doing up here, chats a min, and I am thinking this dude looks familiar..
I think a lightbulb then turned on and as I was thinking NO it's the guy from the restaurant, he leans in the car looking at me and say's "Weren't you at the Mexican restaurant last night"?
Ahhhhhh..It's my stalker!! Out in the middle of the forest, so what do my "buddies" do? They start laughing!
I'm like get this car into gear and get me the heck out of here CDC! Put the pedal to the metal and hit it!
Never saw a Saab go up a mountain that fast! Then GeoTigger as she's laughing reminds us that he had a gun, as he was out shooting with his boy!
How fast can this little saab go?!!!
And that my friend (sorry for the long story) is how Scared Shirtless was born! I think this one one of those stories that you had to be there for, but just ask CDC and GeoTigger, it did make for a good cache story!
