Geocache Description:

Nice place to fish bring a pole, not too tough to get to.

This is a neat place, it is a great spot to fish so bring along a pole. Not to hard to get too, keep a look out for muggles.History of The Barn at Boone's Dam
Samuel Boone built the Barn and the adjacent brick home in 1851. He also constructed a mill and the Dam that currently spans fishing creek during that time period. Due to the tranquil setting, the property has been home to many families over the years, the most famous being David Armstrong.
When Mr. Armstrong purchased the property, he renovated the barn to house his Gallery. Take notice when exploring the barn that most of the original wood beams are still in place. Mr. Armstrong took special care to be certain that the barn would maintain much of its original integrity.

Dan and Nancy Lawton purchased the property in June of 2000 and decided to maintain the Barn as a Gallery with the intent of promoting and supporting local artists.
PLEASE REHIDE THIS ONE GOOD IT FLOODS HERE THANK YOU
