This gathering is July 12,
2008 at the Lake Alvin shelter. Lake Alvin is located 4 miles east,
1 mile north of Harrisburg off County 135. Lake Alvin is a State
Park, so an entrance license is required.

Event, so dress Appropriately.
This event will start at 12:00
PM and end at 2:00 PM (YES, this WILL BE a LUNCH not breakfast). We
will be providing grills to cook on and side dishes. Please bring
your own meat to grill. This meeting is casual and informal.
It is suitable for both adults and children. The goal is to discuss
Geocaching and/or anything else that we feel like talking
about.
Please make a “Will Attend”
log entry in advance if you plan to attend and tell us how many are
in your party so we can get a head count. Don’t forget to make an
“Attended” log entry afterwards as this counts as a
find.
If you are new to Geocaching
please come and ask questions. If you are a veteran please come and
share your experiences.
There will be a special
event cache to find if you choose to do so. Details will be
available at the event.
This will be a recurring event
happening each month on the second Saturday of the month. The
location of this event will change from month to month. Please
check the page for each event to see where it will be
held.
The August Second Saturday Meet, Greet and Eat will be
