This cache is in California Valley can be reached by any vehicle but not if it is raining or has rained a lot which doesn't happen much here.
its in a PVC 6"x1 1/4" just replace how you found it. This area was suppost to be developed back in the 60's when they subdivided.They found bad water and decided to abandon. also you can see it is a flood area if it ever rains hard.
Cache contents are log, pencil, and a little ghost.
