Geocache Description:

From the end of Webber Rd in Glenrosa, follow the trail along the river until your GPS tells you to make a hard left which will involve an elevaton gain. Hike is through the forest with some bits of history present, so ideal for a hot day...shade and cool from the river. A very pleasant trek. Last bit is up a steep grade.

Cache is a white plastic tobacco container, about 5" high and 4.5" diameter, with a logbook, a pen, a kilt pin, 1 whistle, a roll of yellow electrical tape, a string thing for hanging your glasses, 1 pencil sharpener, and perhaps another thing or two. IF YOU THINK OF IT, PLSE TAKE A PENCIL WITH YOU TO PUT IN THIS CACHE. BALLPOINT NOT LIKELY TO LAST TOO LONG. IF YOU DO PUT ONE IN, CUD YOU MENTION THAT IN YOUR ONLINE LOG ENTRY? THANKYOU. Good hiking footwear suggested with a good tread as the climb up to the cache is quite challenging. I met some hikers while going into the cache who reported having seen a bear above the trail. So, BE BEAR AWARE. Those pesky bruins are present in the back country throughout the Okanagan.
