Curse of the FTF #2 Manassas Traditional Cache

It's been a good run. After going out to do some maintenance, Brodie and I decided to archive the listing. The construction is getting too close to the cache. Thanks to all who have enjoyed the hunt and kept us posted on its status. Also, we're very glad to have been apart of the Manassas FTF tradition!

This is an easy cache to find and only a stone's throw from where you can park. Parking is accessible along the side of the road in a location without much traffic (muggle or otherwise.)
The terrain is rated 2.5 because the grass is more overgrown at certain times and when it has been raining it can be muddy (or floody!).
This cache is a small lock 'n' lock box with room for small trade items. Originally stocked with a mini-deck of cards, pedometer, and a 3 color highlighter. FTF prize is a Geocaching window cling... as if the opportunity to place another cache and not be cursed wasn't enough!
There is a small pencil with the log book, but it is always smart to BYOP.
This is a special cache!!!
The groundrules are pretty simple, and are as follows:
1. If you are the First To Find this cache, you will be cursed if you choose not to place another new "Curse of the FTF" cache within 2 months, in order to extend the series. As the FTF, the choice is yours and yours alone!
2. If you choose to avoid the curse by placing the next cache in this series, the resulting cache must contain the words "Curse of the FTF #3" in it's title; subsequent cache titles should reflect the appropriate series number.
3. You are under no obligation to place the resulting cache in Manassas, but we do request that the cache be placed somewhere in Northern Virginia no further south than Dumfries, VA and no further west than Marshall, VA.
4. You may choose any type of cache (i.e. Traditional, Puzzle, etc) and any type/size of container you desire.
5. You can only be the First To Find once in this series, in order to give other cachers an opportunity to score a FTF.
6. The nature of the curse is that if you fail to continue the series by posting a new "Curse of the FTF" within the allotted 2 months, you will be prevented from ever getting another FTF until the curse is lifted.
7. By way of clarification, there is no requirement besides the standard signing of the cache log to prevent you from logging this cache when found.
We hope you enjoy this cache and avoid the curse! We did and made this our first cache ever placed!
