Located near the Steelhead Facility in Racine, the ground is very level with a small stretch of higher grass surrounding the cache site. Without a hint, this could be difficult, but I'll be nice about it and leave one. The point is to shield it from muggles, and to bring people out to a really neat place.
The cache itself is a 35mm film container, courtesy of Geckl69, who had left it for me after my former cache, The Judges Chambers, had been muggled. I decided to archive that to bring out some new caches to the area. As always, be on the lookout for muggles and have fun.
