Located at State Line Park, PA. Location is in same park as Crazy Cache. This cache could be in MD or PA because it is so close to the line.

This is a Glad container with a log, pencil and a few swag items. This should be easy to find but not too obvious. You could get two quick grabs in this park for less than and hour's worth of work.
