I have been by this tower many times and always wondered if it is accessible to the public. It was accessable when I placed this cache, but there is now a No Trespassing sign at the base of the stairs.
This is on the Holly Shelter Game Land and is accessible 24/7. This is an easy Stop-an-Grab cache.
The cache is within five feet of the tower. The cache is not around the cacti or any other bushes.
