This cache is in Ashantee in the town of Avon.
HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!
This cache is placed in honor of the 200th anniversary of the renaming of Avon from Hartford.
It is an easy cache on Route 39 in the hamlet of Ashantee in the town of Avon. Park at the 5 Arch Bridge and head towards the Welcome to Avon sign. There is a road and a path that will lead to the cache. There is another geocache at the parking area and if you are up for a bit of a walk the path will take you to the Avon Downs where there is another cache!
"Happy 4th of July" is filled with summer items and a Golden Dollar coin for the FTF.
