This is NOT a park and grab. It is on the same trail as Old Ditchbank but another ¼ mile or so down the trail. Or what would be a trail if it weren't underwater. I donned the snowshoes last winter so I could keep my feet dry while placing this little gem.
If you head out here before freeze up I would bring ample bug dope, spare shoes, spare clothes and a hat. You're going to need them. Hip waders might get you across but I doubt it. I'd plan on getting wet.
