A l’aplomb du
Gardon,
découvrez, de manière privilégiée, Alès, avec son très réputé
Gardon et le Crassier,
témoin du passé alésien, en industrie minière.
La cache est située sur le pont de Rochebelle,
offrant une vue spectaculaire sur le Crassier,
familièrement, c’est une montagne qui fume
et scientifiquement parlant, c’est un terril.
Particularité du
Gardon :
Répertorié sur les cartes topographiques, sous le nom de Gard et
souvent doublé avec son véritable nom, le Gardon. Il prend source
dans les Cévennes et possède deux affluents :
d’Anduze et donc d’Alès, à chacune son
Gardon !!
La jonction est établie à Ners, entre Alès et
Nîmes, plus loin dans son parcours, il se faufile sous le
célébrissime Pont du Gard, pour se jeter dans le Rhône, entre Comps
et Beaucaire.

doubled with its true name, Gardon. It takes source in the Cevennes
and has two affluents :
of Anduze and thus of Ales, with each one its Gardon

The junction is established in Ners, between Alès
and Nimes, further in its course, it threads under very famous Pont
of Gard, to throw itself in the Rhone, between Comps and
Beaucaire.
