Popular local beach with parking area directly above.
This is where Rocky Glen Grommets like to hang out - especially with their Geo Dog - Bonnie Belle. Bonnie loves to chase seagulls, swim and splash! She also loves clambouring all over the rocks helping the Groms look for crabs. RGG decided to set this cache up because they picked up a great GeoCoin - "Lifes a Beach" so they thought they should honour it with a new cache!
In summer, the beach is usually very popular but on cold windy and wintery days, there is not a lot of action - it is possible to walk from this beach along a walking track at the far end of the beach to another beach - its a great long, long beach - well worth a visit as well.
The Groms like to snorkel, body surf and swim here - in the early evening, the dolphins came in and that's pretty amazing as well.
The beach is not called Bonnie's Beach - its called something differnt but the Groms refer to it as Bonnies Beach cos she just loves to ride the waves!!!
