Located in scenic North Woburn,
Massachusetts
This is a quick two stage multi in North Woburn. It was going to be
three stages but the magnet I put out for stage one disappeared
twice during the testing phase so I dropped it down to just the two
stages.
At the first stage you will find a small item with with cords in it
for the final. You may decide to move your car before going for the
final or you may just decide to walk. Please post in your log if
you moved your car and how close to the final you were able to get
legal parking.
Much of North Woburn is industrial complexes and this area, North
Maple and New Boston streets, is no exception. At one point New
Boston continued north over the railroad tracks and on into
Wilmington. That bridge is long gong but the approach can still be
seen near the current end of New Boston Street. There has been
recent talk of putting in a new bridge, but only talk. To
the east of the tracks is the new Anderson RTC but the MBTA never
bought any land on the west side to put in the promised pedestrian
overpass. To get to Anderson which is 2/10 of a mile as the crow
flys, you would need to drive about two miles.
I put a coin in the cache for the FTF and a new TB I am
launching.
