this cache is located on Route 23, somewhere between Oneonta and Morris, New York
the container is a pill container that is partially covered in camo tape. Their are several very small items inside this container. You may have to empty out the entire contents of the container in order to replace the log after you sign it. Bring your own pen or pencil.
