Prato delle Macinaie, stazione sciistica in inverno e prato soleggiato e per picnic in estate, a circa 1400 metri di quota sul Monte Amiata.

Le coordinate del waypoint aggiuntivo portano sulla strada all'inizio di un cortissimo ma molto istruttivo percorso sensoriale nel bosco; il percorso è anche accessibile a non vedenti e disabili motori ed è corredato di tavoli, panche e barbecue.
Sul bordo del bosco dal lato dell'albergo principale, in alcuni mesi dell'anno ed a pagamento, è montato anche un simpatico percorso aereo sugli alberi per adulti e bambini da fare con le imbracature fornite sul luogo (visit link) .
La cache è poco distante dal prato.
Vista la copertura degli alberi, in alcune situazioni di ulteriore copertura del cielo il segnale potrebbe non essere preciso rendendo la ricerca meno facile.
Il ritrovamento è sempre possibile anche in caso di neve (?) ma la cosa sicuramente si complica abbastanza (sarà più divertente?)

Addition waypoint lead on the road to the start of a very short but very instructive sensorial path in the forest; the path is also accessible to blind and disabled engines and is equipped with tables, benches and barbecue.
On the edge of woods on the side of the main hotel, in some months of the year and with payment, is also mounted a nice air route on trees for adults and childrens to do with slings provided on site (visit link) .
The cache is not far from the lawn.
Given the coverage of trees, in some situations for further coverage of the sky, the signal may not be accurate making the search less easy.
The find is always possible even when there is snow (?) but it certainly is complicated enough (to be more fun?)
