Geocache Description:

Ventnor Park is in Park Avenue, Ventnor. There is plenty of free on-road parking. Access from Park Avenue is on metalled paths which do involve steepish climbs. There is also a car park at La Falaise (charges applicable),and quite a few steps up from there. Bus number 6 stops by Ventnor Park.

Beautiful Ventnor Park is an undiscovered gem in Ventnor town.

Finding this cache will show you some great views across the English Channel, as well as some splendid horticultural displays and at night, some impressive decorative lighting. In the summer in daytime there is a tearoom and putting green open.

Note this cache is hidden near to some private gardens. The cache is easily accessible from the public park and you don't need to go into anyone's gate or garden. It isn't on the beach, either, despite what Google Maps might tell you!
