Great little intersection as you are driving over Old San Jose ,home of the old Mountain school in 1869,just down the road.
History of school house, now it is the Subud Center, which is just up the road.
In 1869, a one-room school house was built around this area. In 1908, it was replaced by the current structure, which served as the school building for the Mountain School District until 1972, when it was purchased by Subud California. Many local residents attended school here.
Mountain School is down the road about a mile or so.
The cache is bigger than a cheese container. It is well hidden near the old store. Take note that at certain times of the day muggles gather here. Be careful and hide really well. Parking is right at the cache.
