Goldies Rush Traditional Cache

Fishfinderfive: After reading srstuart's log, I decided to check on the cache. As suspected, it is missing. I would replace it but it seems the owner of the lot nearby would rather if cachers didn't park there. So with that being said I decided to archive the cache.

Geocache Description:

Park around back, find the cache, and celebrate!

The cache is located in Macomb Township near Waldenberg. Waldenberg began as a small farming community in the 1830's by German immigrant's. The town itself was named after Waldenberg Germany and began as a simple sawmill. Soon after the town grew and included a wagon shop, a general store, a blacksmith, and a hardware store (which still stands today). A couple miles south of Waldenberg on Romeo Plank a tavern stood in what was called Bobcean's Corners. This tavern was located where Goldies now stands. While there is no Gold at this cache, there has been Goldies for many years. Enjoy!
