Located at Central Library in Chesterfield! This one is so easy
to
spot I actually felt bad about making it so easy. The only
problem
you will have is Muggles!!
Bring a pen..only room for the LOG!!
Shel Silverstein was for me somewhere after Dr. Seuss and
before The Hardy Boys. I would set and read Where the Sidewalk Ends in between the shelves of the school library just convinced that this book had to be in the school by mistake because in my mind it was just too funny to belong on a school shelf.
Silverstein also wrote The Giving Tree a book that I didn’t realize was really a tragedy until I was an adult and am still amazed at how sad I actually feel when I read this book to my children.
Silverstein died in May of 1999 but still touches generation
after generation of children.
