Detta är en ganska lätt cache som ligger utmed den gamla häradsvägen som leder upp mot Taberg.
[SWE] Enligt sägnen restes denna sten till minne av en dansk befälhavare som dog vid en skärmytsling med svenskarna.
I stenens springor finns mynt intryckta. Varför man gör detta är det nog ingen som riktigt vet längre.
Kom ihåg att detta är ett fornminne. Låt det stå kvar som det är så att det kan fortsätta fascinera!
Om vädret tillåter kan man efter lyckad jakt följa grusvägen västerut som ansluter till häradsvägen nära cachen. Den leder ned till sjön Eckern där man kan ta sig ett dopp.

[EN] According to local stories, this stone was raised in honor of a danish commander who died when fighting the swedes.
There are coins hammered into the cracks of the stone. Why people are doing so, there is probably nobody who knows anymore.
Please, keep in mind that this is an ancient remaining. Leave it as it is so that it can continue to fascinate people.
If the whether is nice, you can take the small dirt road leading west a few hundred meters to the lake of Eckern, where you may take a swim.
