The original I.D. Cache (3) was missing, or at least the spot where the cache used to be is no longer there. So, I placed a new one here, and feel free to find it again even if you found the original cache.
Chinatown is located in the International District. Several chinatowns around the country have similar gates, such as San Francisco.
There will probably be muggles around at all time, and it's a good cache to practice your stealth skill, but you probably can retreive the cache easily without being noticed. I do not recommmend to find this one after dark.
Please replaced the cache EXACTLY as you find it.
A magnetic tool will be very helpful to you when retreiving the cache.
