The original cache hidey hole was destroyed, so this cache is now a two (2) stage puzzle.
You'll find cache container 116 ft north of the puzzle solution.
ORIGINAL CACHE DESCRIPTION
This is the second in my new series of cipher caches. A cipher is
an algorithm for performing encryption and decryption — a series of
well-defined steps that can be followed as a procedure.
The series of steps to discover the coordinates are well defined,
but are not so well revealed that non-puzzle oriented cachers will
have a clue how to unravel the code I’ve presented, even though
there are abundant hints available to help you.
Mom and dad had hints for me as I was growing up (I’m not quite
there yet because people routinely say to me even at ago 60+, “Why
don’t you grow up?”). Early on I heard “tie your shoelaces please”,
and “don’t wipe you nose on your shirt”. As I started to mature
they tried to teach me to pay attention and concentrate on the task
at hand, for example, by keeping score on a gamesheet if we were
playing cards or games. Anyway, I’m getting a little off track, so
back to the cache.
I think the coordinates are: N39 - CM MB CM MP PP W84 - CM SG MB MB

I’ve hidden the coordinates well enough that I can’t find them
myself. I may have lost them or merely forgotten where I put them
(that seems to happen a lot anymore, maybe you’ve noticed) If you
need help you might try asking Ms Scarlet. I didn’t tell her where
they are, but she’s pretty good at finding stuff. Once you master
this cache and the other cipher “Cartel”, you should be ready to
move on to the really hard stuff.
