Geocache Description:

This cache is placed on State Land between Medical Lake, WA and Deep Creek, WA.

From Highway 2 heading west, take a left on Brooks Rd., then a right on McFarlane Rd. The best place to park is on the side of the road at the intersection of McFarlane Rd. and Jays Rd.

There is a trailhead on the south side of the intersection to the right of a telephone pole. This would be the easiest access point from parking. As the signage indicates, there are no motorized vehicles allowed on the land.

I used to ride my bike back here every day when I was little. Feel free to explore, the land goes further south a good mile or two to the railroad tracks.

Unfortunately, this land has been used for dumping, so EXTENSIVE CITO could be done near the cache. Some of the larger items may be hard to move however.
