Geocache Description:

A pretty little park located on 5th Street just above the ferry Dock in Mukilteo. Centennial Park is located in the northeastern part of the City. This small yet reflective park is an ideal spot for reading, picnicking or just relaxing.

Located in the park is the Japanese Gulch Memorial; an origami crane that is a symbol of peace and harmony and honors the warm friendship of Japanese American children with their Mukilteo peers.
On a recent FTF hunt I was drawn to this spot thinking that it was where the cache I was looking for was hidden. That assumption was incorrect. I'm glad it was because it gave me a chance to look around this pretty little park. I really enjoyed the small piece of history and how well the park was maintained. I liked it so much I decided to place a cache here. I hope you enjoy the spot as much as I did and that you have fun looking for the cache I have hidden here.

Thank you for taking the time to look for one of my caches.

Congratulations to Celtic Cacher for the FTF
