The brat boys have wondered about these gates for years – just why are they so fancy when there isn’t even a track going through them? Why indeed?

Could it be a tax dodge? - Perish the thought!

Could it be the whim of a madman? - Possibly I guess!

Could it be to win the heart of a fair maiden? - Get real!

Could it be they want to impress the water meter reader? - As if!

Or could they be the Pearly Gates and we have all been such naughty boys and girls that St Peter has gone on holidays??

Either way, there is now a cache just outside them, an easy cache just to stretch the legs – enjoy your trip and stay safe!
