A fairly quick multi, (ok, maybe not really quick but not too far either) both locations have a place to park alongside the road. Drive from the first to the second stage, but don't drive down the path into the field, park on the main road at the pulloff location by the bridge (but don't block the fire hydrant!). There's lots of different kinds of birds and wildlife back in the field.
Ralph the Rat was bought to be food for Mr. Snake, one of our ball pythons. However, Mr. Snake decided that he did not consider Ralph dinner material since he'd only ever been fed white mice before and apparantly a beige rat just didn't look like food. So they'd hang out in the cage together and they'd sniff noses and Ralph would sometimes ride on Mr. Snake's back. Unfortunately Ralph succombed to natural causes other than being dinner. This cache is to honor both of them.
At the first stage, you'll need to find a metal information tag facing the road and get the numbers to figure out the coordinates for the second stage.
Add the pole height number to the bolt circle dimension number to get AB.
Take the second two-digit number of the arm length and add 1 to it to get CD.
Second stage coordinates 39.35.9AB 075.56.9CD
