Drive by cache on a country lane but still take care regarding traffic.
Barnsfold reservoir is a popular trout fishery with good fishing which we have experienced personally.
From here you can visit Beacon Fell which has lovely views over the Ribble Valley. There is an interesting visitors centre with a little coffee shop which is well worth a visit and many varied walks with sculptures.
